Madhav Becomes MP’s 9th Tiger Reserve
Madhya Pradesh has taken another giant leap in wildlife conservation with the declaration of Madhav National Park in Shivpuri as the state’s 9th Tiger Reserve. This move strengthens MP’s reputation as India’s leading tiger conservation state.
While announcing India’s 58th Tiger Reserve, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated:

“India is home to incredible biodiversity, and our cultural heritage respects wildlife. We remain committed to their protection and conservation.”
This initiative is in line with the central government’s mission to safeguard endangered species and enhance eco-friendly tourism.
A New Era of Wildlife Protection in MP
At the launch of Madhav Tiger Reserve, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav released a tigress into the wild, symbolizing the beginning of this conservation journey. The state’s 9 tiger reserves will play a crucial role in wildlife preservation, sustainable tourism, and ecological balance.
