He emphasized that strict legal measures are already in place to deal with crimes against women, including the death penalty for rapists. Additionally, the government is now taking stern action against forced religious conversions.

Strict Action Against Forced Conversions
Taking to social media platform ‘X’, CM Dr. Yadav asserted that forced, fraudulent, or coercive marriages and religious conversions will not be tolerated in Madhya Pradesh. The Religious Freedom Act is being enforced strictly to curb such practices, ensuring that offenders face harsh punishments. The government is making continuous efforts to further strengthen the law and ensure its effective implementation.

Dr. Yadav emphasized that protecting daughters is the government’s top priority. Several key initiatives are being implemented to promote women’s empowerment, enabling them to become self-reliant and independent. The state government is committed to taking all necessary steps to safeguard the honor, self-respect, and rights of women, ensuring a secure and just environment for them.
