Offering his respects and tribute to the departed soul, Governor Deka honored Ojha’s contributions and remembered his role in the 1971 war, where he was a pivotal figure in India’s victory. Governor Deka stated, “He was a valiant soldier who dedicated his all in the service of Mother India. My heartfelt respects to such a hero.”
