Raipur, November , 2024 – Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the Diwali Milan ceremony hosted by the Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Welfare Association at Hotel Ambresia in Raipur. During the event, the Chief Minister extended his warm wishes for a prosperous Diwali to everyone in attendance.
In his address, Chief Minister Shri Sai commended the efforts of the association for organizing such a beautiful event. He expressed his gratitude to all the participants, who had come with their families, and wished them all success and happiness during the festive season.
Additionally, the Chief Minister spoke about the “The Sabarmati Report” film, which has been tax-exempted in Chhattisgarh. He mentioned that he recently watched the film with ministers and legislators, praising its portrayal of the tragic incident that occurred on the Sabarmati Express in Godhra. He encouraged everyone to watch the film, emphasizing the importance of truth, stating, “Truth may be disturbed, but it can never be defeated.”
Furthermore, Chief Minister Shri Sai recognized the vital role of the Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Welfare Association in ensuring the smooth transport of cement, which significantly contributes to the state’s economy. He highlighted that efficient cement transport helps complete infrastructure projects on time and appreciated the association’s efforts in supporting the state’s growth.
The event was also attended by Shri Anjay Shukla, President of the Chhattisgarh Cement Transport Welfare Association, along with other office-bearers and their families.
