Kurukshetra, December 7 In a grand celebration of spiritual heritage, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala, and former State Minister Subhash Sudha attended the evening Gita Aarti at Brahma Sarovar, Purushottampura Bagh. The Kurukshetra Development Board honored the esteemed guests with mementos as a token of gratitude for their participation.


Kurukshetra’s Global Significance Highlighted by CM Saini

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini emphasized Kurukshetra’s global spiritual importance as the birthplace of the Bhagavad Gita. “On the holy island of Kurukshetra, Lord Krishna imparted the timeless lessons of the Gita, and these lessons remain applicable to the entire world to this day,” he said.

Speaking as the chief guest during the evening Gita Mahotsav program, the Chief Minister praised the profound impact of the evening aarti, describing it as a divine and calming experience.
