Bhopal, February 6, 2025 – Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh has emerged as one of the leading states in agriculture. The state has been honored with the Krishi Karman Award seven times consecutively from 2011-12 to 2017-18.
Krishi Karman Awards Won by Madhya Pradesh
- 2011-12, 2012-13, 2014-15 – In the total foodgrain category
- 2013-14, 2015-16, 2016-17 – For wheat production
- 2017-18 – For pulse crops
Additionally, in 2022, the Central Government awarded Madhya Pradesh with an Excellence Award under the Crop Insurance Scheme for the integration of land records.
Key Agricultural Achievements
