Bhopal, November 25, 2024, Madhya Pradesh is all set to celebrate Constitution Day on November 26, 2024, with state-wide programs under the campaign “Our Constitution – Our Pride”. The state-level event will take place at the Hansdhwani Auditorium, Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal, at 11 a.m. in the esteemed presence of Governor Mangubhai Patel.


Key Highlights of the Constitution Day Program

  • Exhibition and Film Screening:
    A special exhibition on the making of the Indian Constitution and a short film will be showcased during the event.
  • Honoring Contributions:
    The program will honor the architects and contributors to the Indian Constitution, reflecting on their vision and efforts.
  • Collective Reading of the Preamble:
    The Preamble to the Constitution will be collectively recited, with active participation from government employees and the general public.
  • Participation Portal:
    Participants can upload photographs of the Preamble reading on the portal constitution75.com. After uploading, a certificate will be generated, which can be shared on social media.

“Our Constitution – Our Pride” Campaign

Launched to commemorate 75 years of the adoption of the Indian Constitution, the year-long campaign will involve celebrations in both urban and rural areas. All government offices, schools, colleges, autonomous institutions, and public sector enterprises will organize Constitution Day programs on November 26.


Statewide Involvement

The Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh, Anurag Jain, chaired a preparatory meeting on Monday to review arrangements for the event. Officials from various departments, including Parliamentary Affairs, Tourism, Higher Education, and General Administration, participated in the meeting.
