Dehradun, July 3, 2026:  Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed that the public outreach programme Jan Jan Ki Sarkar Jan Jan Ke Dwar will restart across the state from July 4, bringing government services and administrative support closer to people in villages, towns and remote areas.

According to the state government’s announcement, the campaign will continue for 15 days under Dhami’s instructions. The special drive is expected to be held at the district, block and tehsil levels, with officials visiting local communities to hear grievances, provide information on welfare schemes and deliver on the spot assistance wherever possible.

The programme is designed to strengthen direct contact between the government and citizens, especially in areas where access to administrative offices is limited. By taking governance to the grassroots, the state aims to ensure that people can raise their concerns without delay and receive timely resolution of their problems.

The government said the initiative reflects the chief minister’s push for responsive administration and faster delivery of public services. The outreach drive will also focus on spreading awareness about government schemes, listening to local issues and improving coordination between departments and the public.

Officials said the campaign will be carried out with special emphasis on rural and far flung regions so that people living at the block and tehsil level can benefit more easily. The programme has been positioned as a people centred governance effort meant to improve trust, accessibility and service delivery.

The accompanying government poster highlights that the campaign will begin again from July 4 and continue for 15 days across districts, blocks and tehsils.
