Chief Minister participates in the Oath-Taking Ceremony of Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe Government Servants Development Association

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attended the oath-taking ceremony of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe Government Servants Development Association held at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in Raipur. Emphasizing the invaluable contribution of tribal communities, he remarked that the Scheduled Tribe communities of Chhattisgarh are the custodians of cultural heritage, traditions, and values.

During the event, the Chief Minister unveiled two literary works: “Lok Jeevan Ke Badalte Sandarbh” by Shri Duman Lal Dhruv, which focuses on local culture, and a collection of Chhattisgarhi stories titled “Man Ke Pakhi.”


A Vision for Tribal Development

Addressing the newly elected office bearers of the association, Chief Minister Sai congratulated them and stressed the importance of their active participation in the state’s efforts to uplift tribal communities. He called this a golden era for tribal welfare, highlighting the combined efforts of the state and central governments in prioritizing tribal development.

He added, “The double-engine government has rolled out numerous schemes, policies, and programs for the welfare of tribal communities. It is now our collective responsibility to ensure their success. Commitment to Inclusive Development

While underscoring the need to focus on tribal welfare, the Chief Minister urged the association to adopt a broader vision. “Although our primary responsibility is toward the tribal society, we are equally accountable for the development of every citizen in the state. ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas’ should remain our ultimate goal,” he said.

He further expressed confidence in the association’s ability to work together and lead the state toward progress. He recognized their contributions to key areas such as education, healthcare, employment, and environmental conservation, stating that their efforts inspire society as a whole. “Your dedication will help every corner of our state move toward prosperity and development,” he added.

Assuring complete government support, the Chief Minister said, “Our government stands with you in every positive initiative you undertake. Together, we will build a strong, self-reliant, and inclusive Chhattisgarh. I believe your efforts will bring transformative changes to the lives of every citizen in the state.”

During the event, Shri R.N. Dhruv, State President of the association, presented various demands of the tribal community. The Chief Minister assured thoughtful consideration of these requests and promised appropriate action.
