Bhopal: Thursday, December 12, 2024, The state of Madhya Pradesh has introduced the advanced version of its e-Registration and e-Stamping electronic system—Sampada 2.0. This upgraded system is designed to provide enhanced convenience to citizens, allowing them to register documents seamlessly from the comfort of their homes.

Through Sampada 2.0, any individual can now complete document registration remotely by visiting the official portal at https://sampada.mpigr.gov.in. The state government has simplified the entire process, eliminating the need to visit registration offices or hire service providers.

Key Features of Sampada 2.0

  1. Aadhaar-Based e-KYC:
    • Document parties are authenticated using Aadhaar-based e-KYC.
    • PAN card verification is integrated with the Income Tax Department’s system.
  2. Unique Property Identification:
    • Properties are identified using a unique ID and geo-mapped to determine guideline rates. This enables automated property valuation.
  3. Automated Document Drafting:
    • The software provides auto-generated document templates, simplifying the registration process.
  4. Sampada Wallet for Payments:
    • Payments, including registration fees and e-Stamp duties, can be made securely via the Sampada Wallet or Cyber Treasury with a single click.
  5. Digital Execution of Documents:
    • The execution process is fully digital, featuring e-Signatures and automatic attachment of parties’ photographs.

Faceless Registration for Selected Documents

Sampada 2.0 offers a faceless registration option, removing the need to visit registration offices. This includes:

  • Electronic Document Presentation: All necessary steps, including virtual finalization, are conducted online.
  • OTP Authentication: An OTP-based system ensures secure verification during document processing.
  • Video KYC and AI-Driven Verification: The platform uses AI-based video KYC to verify identities and check for liveness, enabling a seamless remote experience.

Both assisted and non-assisted modes are available, catering to different user preferences. Registered documents are maintained exclusively in electronic formats.

Flexible Registration Options

The Sampada 2.0 portal provides three options for document registration:

  1. Traditional Office Visits: Citizens can reserve a time slot for in-office registration.
  2. Faceless Registration: Entirely online, supported by AI-based video KYC and electronic document submission.
  3. Remote Registration: Parties can complete the process remotely with options for virtual interactions.

For assisted registrations, users can reserve slots for virtual interactions, while non-assisted users can independently upload and finalize their documents online.
