CM Dr. Yadav to Visit Germany and UK to Boost Investment (Nov 24-29)
Bhopal, November , 2024 – Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that over 3.25 lakh employment opportunities will be generated through proactive industrial and investment promotion efforts in Madhya Pradesh. Speaking ahead of a cabinet meeting, he highlighted the state’s success in creating a conducive environment for industrial growth, driven by initiatives like regional industry conclaves and interactive sessions across the country.
Dr. Yadav revealed that an investment of approximately ₹2.75 lakh crore is set to flow into the state, laying a strong foundation for 2025, which has been declared the “Year of Industry.”
“The Sabarmati Report” Brings the Truth to Light
Dr. Yadav emphasized the significance of The Sabarmati Report, a film shedding light on the 2002 Godhra incident in Gujarat. The Chief Minister praised the movie for correcting misconceptions and showcasing the truth. He reiterated the state government’s decision to make the film tax-free, encouraging more people to engage with its message.
Expansion of Tansen Samaroh Nationwide
The Chief Minister announced that the annual Tansen Samaroh will expand beyond Gwalior and key locations in Madhya Pradesh, including Rewa, Jabalpur, Gunna, Datia, Shivpuri, Khandwa, and Orchha. For the first time, this prestigious music festival will also extend its activities to Jaipur, Varanasi, Baroda, and Khairagarh, giving it a national footprint.
Learnings from Gujarat Visit
Dr. Yadav shared insights from his recent visit to Gujarat, where he studied innovative practices such as the state’s CM Dashboard, advancements in renewable energy, and the adoption of new technologies. He lauded Gujarat’s development strategies and termed the visit as highly productive.
Upcoming Chintan Baithak
In line with the state’s development goals, the Chief Minister announced plans for a Chintan Baithak (brainstorming session) to chart out future strategies. The schedule for this meeting will be finalized soon.
With these initiatives, Madhya Pradesh is reinforcing its position as a leader in industrial growth, cultural heritage, and technological advancement, aligning with its vision for a prosperous future.
