- The AVGC Policy 2024 (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) opens up avenues for growth in creative sectors.
- The Global Capability Center (GCC) Policy 2024 focuses on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Madhya Pradesh boasts over 2,000 IT/ITES and ESDM units, with 650 units registered under MPSEDC, benefiting from state policies. Highlights include:
- An annual turnover exceeding ₹10,000 crores.
- Over 50 major IT/ITES companies established in the state.
- IT exports valued at $500 million annually.
- 15 IT parks generating over 1.5 lakh jobs.
- 1,200+ start-ups, including two unicorns—Neev Cloud and Shop Kirana.

- Partnerships with leading industry associations like the Indian Electronics & Semiconductor Association and Association of Geospatial Industries.
- ₹25,000 crore investment from the SRAM-MRAM Group for a semiconductor and science technology park.
- Investment proposals from major companies in Jabalpur, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore.
GIS and 5G Advancements
The state is leveraging Geographic Information System (GIS) technology extensively:
- Gati Shakti Communication Portal: Aids in planning and approving 5G infrastructure.
- Jal Rekha Portal: Ensures effective monitoring and implementation of drinking water supply in rural areas.

Under the MPCST, several initiatives have been launched to promote science and research in the state:
- Upgrading the 3D-4K Projection System at the Ujjain Planetarium.
