At the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in 2024, a total of 15 films will compete for the prestigious Golden Peacock Award. 
Among these, three are Indian films, highlighting the country’s representation at this international event.
Acclaimed filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker will preside as the jury chairman. Notably, nine of the selected films are directed by female filmmakers, emphasizing the growing impact and representation of women in global cinema.
