Used linen is sorted at the laundry facility, and any damaged or torn items are separated. - Pre-Treatment:
Stains are treated before washing to ensure the linen is thoroughly cleaned after the process. - Automated Washing:
Linen is washed in large industrial washing machines using high-quality detergents and sanitizers. The water temperature and washing time are meticulously monitored to eliminate bacteria and viruses. - Drying Process:
The washed linen is dried in tumble dryers, which also provide additional sanitization. - Pressing and Folding:
Once dried, the linen is ironed and folded according to the required packaging sizes. - Quality Control:
Each item undergoes a cleanliness and whiteness check using advanced whiteness meters to ensure high standards.
Environmental Consciousness
The Bhopal Division emphasizes environmental sustainability by utilizing modern water recycling systems (ETP) and eco-friendly, biodegradable detergents that are safe for the environment.
