Dr. Mohan Yadav Appeals for Success of “Hum Honge Kamyab” Campaign, Launching on November 25
Bhopal, November, 2024,

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has called for collective efforts to ensure the safety and dignity of women through the state’s special awareness campaign, “Hum Honge Kamyab” Fortnight, scheduled from November 25 to December 19. Highlighting that women’s safety is not just the responsibility of the government or the police but of every individual, the CM urged the public to contribute actively to the campaign’s success.

“Ensuring the safety and respect of our daughters and sisters is not a government task alone; it is the duty of every individual in society,” said Dr. Yadav in his message.

Focus on Changing Mindsets and Behavior

The Chief Minister emphasized the critical role men play in fostering a safer and more respectful environment for women. He urged families to instill values in boys from a young age, teaching them to respect women as equals and avoid any form of violence or exploitation.

Dr. Yadav also highlighted the importance of parental guidance in educating children about gender equality and encouraging a culture of mutual respect. He stressed that eliminating discrimination between sons and daughters and creating an equitable society are vital steps toward achieving women’s empowerment.

Immediate Help Through Helplines

The CM reiterated the availability of support for women in distress, encouraging them to dial the Child Line 1098, Women’s Helpline 181, or Emergency Number 100 for assistance. He assured that the state government remains committed to ensuring a safe environment for women and recognizing their contributions to society.
