Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, during his UK visit, paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi by offering floral tributes at his statue in the British Parliament complex. Accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Seema Yadav, and senior officials, including Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura and Principal Secretary Mr. Raghavendra Singh, the CM reflected on Gandhi’s enduring legacy.
Expanding Investment Horizons
Speaking to the media, Dr. Yadav emphasized Madhya Pradesh’s immense potential to attract investors globally. He outlined plans to visit not only the UK and Germany but also other countries to promote investment opportunities in the state. Dr. Yadav stated, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are making consistent efforts to elevate Madhya Pradesh’s global standing, and these efforts are yielding positive results.”

Dr. Yadav highlighted his government’s strategic focus on fostering industrialization while also exploring opportunities in sectors like tourism, education, and healthcare. He stated:

At the tribute ceremony, Dr. Yadav praised Mahatma Gandhi’s pivotal role in India’s freedom struggle. He remarked, “Gandhi’s use of nonviolence to challenge the mighty British Empire is a source of pride for our nation. We draw inspiration from his teachings and aspire to lead Madhya Pradesh forward on the path of peace and progress.”
