Raipur, November 4, 2024 – Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh, Mrs. Reena Babasaheb Kangale, met today with the observers appointed by the Election Commission of India for the Raipur Nagar (South) Assembly by-election. The meeting, held at the Chief Electoral Officer’s office, included General Observer Mrs. G. Rekha Rani, Police Observer Mr. Karan Sharma, and Expenditure Observer Ms. Kanupriya Damor.
During the discussion, the officials deliberated on various aspects to ensure the smooth, impartial, transparent, and well-organized conduct of the Raipur Nagar (South) Assembly by-election. The District Election Officer and Raipur Collector, Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, was also present at the meeting.
