*Raipur, November 3, 2024* – A grand Rajyotsava celebration will mark the Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day from November 4 to November 6, 2024, at the Rajyotsava venue in New Raipur, Atal Nagar. Preparations are in full swing to ensure a spectacular event, with the entire venue being decorated, and exhibition stalls being set up by various government departments to showcase developmental achievements and initiatives.

**Inauguration and Chief Guests**:
The festivities will kick off on November 4 at 6 PM with an inaugural ceremony graced by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav as the chief guest. The event will be presided over by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, while Dr. Raman Singh, Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, will be a distinguished guest. On November 5, the programs will commence with the esteemed presence of Governor Ramen Deka. The Rajyotsava will conclude on November 6, with Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar presiding over the State Awards and closing ceremony, accompanied by the Governor and other notable guests.
### Dignitaries and Cultural Lineup
The three-day celebration will feature numerous dignitaries, including Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Saw and Vijay Sharma, ministers Ramvichar Netam, Dayal Das Baghel, Kedar Kashyap, Lakhanlal Devangan, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, and others. Leader of the Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant, MP Brijmohan Agrawal, and several legislators and community leaders will also be present.
Renowned artists will perform captivating cultural programs. On November 4, the festivities will start at 4:30 PM with regional dance performances by Rikhy Kshatriya’s troupe, followed by a musical evening featuring Bollywood playback singer Shantanu Mukherjee (Shaan) at 7:45 PM. The day will also feature Mohan Chauhan’s tribal dance showcase, Sunil Soni’s folk music, and Vidya Varchasvi’s spiritual rendition of “Naam Ramayan.”
On November 5, the cultural events will continue from 5 PM, featuring performances by Puranik Sahu, Surendra Sahu, Bhola Yadav, and Moonlight Raga by Mohan Naidu and his group. The evening will also see captivating acts by Rajesh Awasthi, Aru Sahu, and Bollywood singer Niti Mohan. The final day, November 6, will feature Anurag Sharma’s “Anurag Star Night,” a breathtaking Mallakhamb act by Manoj Prasad from India’s Got Talent, and mesmerizing performances by Savi Srivastava’s Bastar Magic and a musical duo, Pawandeep and Arunita.

Throughout Rajyotsava, all state government departments will set up grand exhibitions showcasing Chhattisgarh’s development. The venue will host a Shilp Gram, offering a glimpse into the region’s rich handicrafts, available for display and purchase. Several large hangars will house these exhibitions: Hangars One and Two will feature government stalls, Hangar Three will present commercial exhibits, and Hangar Four will host public sector displays. Attractions like the Shilp Gram, a vibrant food court, and a lively Meena Bazaar will be key highlights for visitors.
