Governor Attends Oath Ceremony of All India Gujarati Samaj

Bhopal, November 30, 2024, Governor Mangubhai Patel praised the Gujarati community, describing it as a unique and exemplary group that embodies the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family) and Vedic values. Speaking at the oath-taking ceremony of the All India Gujarati Samaj, he highlighted their unity, culture, and tradition, stating, “Where Gujaratis reside, Gujarat thrives.”

Addressing the gathering at Gujarati Bhavan, Bhopal, Governor Patel emphasized the pivotal role of the All India Gujarati Samaj in preserving and promoting Gujarati culture and traditions among future generations. He commended the organization’s initiatives and congratulated Sanjaybhai Patel, president of the Bhopal Gujarati Samaj, on being unanimously elected as the head of the organization.

The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, with Governor Patel and other dignitaries in attendance. The Governor was honored with a memento and a shawl by the community. He also administered the oath of disciplined living to the members and acknowledged the contributions of various national and state office bearers.
